연구실 소개

창의생산시스템연구실에서는 새롭고 창의적인 지능형통합생산시스템을 구축하고 개발하는 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히, 나노입자 3D 프린팅 기술과 집속이온빔 가공을 융합한 나노스케일 3D 프린터, 전기방사법의 3차원 프린팅 응용, 지능구조(복합재 등) 설계, 제작 및 모니터링 등에 관한 연구와 더불어 새로운 생산기술을 웨어러블 디바이스, 소프트 로보틱스, 음향학적 메타재료, 그리고 4차 산업혁명 관련 핵심기술 중 하나인 스마트 팩토리 및 스마트 제조 기술에 응용을 위한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.

최근 연구분야
  • Development of integrated manufacturing system e.g., 3-D printing system, micro/nano manufacturing system (aerodynamically focused nanoparticle (AFN) printing, nanoscale 3-D printer, electrospinning and etc.).
  • Composite structure, structural health monitoring (SHM), and nondestructive evaluation (NDE) of mechanical system
  • Smart material, structure, and system e.g., soft robotic, pulymer actuator, shape memory alloy, and etc.
  • Development of novel actuator/sensor/energy device and their application to flexible and wearable device
  • Wave dynamics in periodic media e.g., acoustic metamaterial, phononic crystal, and etc.
  • Smart off-grid system for the appropriate technulogies
